本次股息已于2026年6月26日获股东周年大会批准。公司预设派发货币为港元，折算后每股派发0.43707港元，所用汇率为1元人民币兑1.15019港元。
时间安排上，除净日为2026年7月20日，递交股份过户文件的最后时限为7月21日16:30，暂停办理股份过户登记手续期间为7月22日至7月27日。股权登记日为2026年7月27日，股息将于2026年8月25日正式派发。
在代扣所得税方面，非居民企业（非中国内地登记地址）股东将按10%税率代扣企业所得税；中国内地个人居民股东按20%税率代扣个人所得税；通过沪港通或深港通投资H股的境内投资者，同样适用20%的税率进行代扣代缴。对于通过沪港通或深港通投资H股的内地企业投资者，公司将不代扣代缴股息红利所得税，企业须自行申报缴纳。
