Shares of Fujian Supertech Advanced Material Co.,Ltd. (688398.SH) surged more than 5% during morning trading. As of the time of writing, the stock was up 5% to 25.01 yuan with turnover reaching 62.6148 million yuan.

On the news front, starting June 1 this year, the new national standard for refrigerator energy efficiency (GB 12021.2—2025) officially took effect. With the implementation of this new standard, the penetration rate of vacuum insulation panels in China's refrigerator industry is experiencing explosive growth. Northeast Securities predicts that by 2030, the penetration rate of vacuum insulation panels in domestic refrigerators is expected to rise to 50%-80%.

It is worth noting that management earlier indicated the company's core strategy for the next two years is the "One Body, Two Wings, Platform Empowerment" approach. The "One Body" refers to the vacuum insulation panel main business, the "Left Wing" is the vacuum glass business, and the "Right Wing" encompasses new business directions such as new energy and aerospace based on vacuum technology.

Guosheng Securities stated that as a leading enterprise in the vacuum insulation panel industry, Supertech Advanced Material has built a deep moat in key competitive factors including scale, cost, and customers. The introduction of the new national standard for household refrigerators is expected to bring significant incremental demand to the domestic vacuum insulation panel market, and the company, as a leading player in the industry, is well-positioned to fully benefit from this opportunity. Additionally, while continuously consolidating its leading position in the home appliance sector, the company is actively developing new products such as four-side sealed vacuum insulation panels and vacuum glass, cultivating second and third growth curves to further strengthen its long-term growth prospects.
