中天湖南集团（02433）7月31日在港交所披露，公司原计划于2026年7月31日或之前向股东寄发有关重续持续关连交易的通函，现因需额外时间编制及落实通函所载若干资料，预计寄发日期将延迟至2026年8月31日或之前。
根据公司此前于2026年1月2日至6月26日期间发布的多份公告，相关通函拟载列以下内容： 1) 建筑服务框架协议及采购框架协议的主要条款及各自建议年度上限； 2) 独立财务顾问就上述协议及建议年度上限致独立董事委员会及独立股东的意见函； 3) 独立董事委员会致独立股东的推荐意见； 4) 召开股东特别大会的通告。
公司董事会表示，预计将于2026年8月31日或之前完成通函寄发工作。
