GREAT CHI HLDGS (00021) announced that the group expects to record a loss of approximately HK$42 million to HK$44 million for the first half of 2025, compared to a profit of HK$8.12 million in the same period last year. This is primarily attributable to foreign exchange losses of approximately HK$27 million arising from the translation of the group's financial liabilities during the period, compared to foreign exchange gains of approximately HK$19.39 million in the same period last year.
