Hong Kong-listed KPM Holding (08027) released its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Geographically, 91 % of revenue originated from Singapore (S$8.46 million), with the remainder from mainland China (S$0.83 million).

Cash and cash equivalents declined by S$0.51 million to S$2.42 million, primarily from operating cash outflows of S$0.97 million. Interest-bearing borrowings totaled S$1.02 million, lowering the gearing ratio to 5.1 % from 6.6 %.

No interim dividend was declared.

Post-period events Shareholders approved two corporate actions on 21 August 2026: 1. A change in trading board lot size from 5,000 shares to 10,000 shares. 2. A rights issue of up to 473.60 million shares at HK$0.10 each to raise up to HK$47.40 million before expenses.

Management expects continued business expansion alongside tight cost control and selective pursuit of growth opportunities in Singapore and mainland China.
