卓能(集团)有限公司（00131）7月17日公告称，董事会及审核委员会已于同日收到致同（香港）会计师事务所有限公司递交的辞任函，致同即日起辞任本集团核数师。辞任原因系公司未能接纳有关截至2026年6月30日止财政年度审计费用安排，包括公司承担致同专家的专业费用。除上述事项外，致同在辞任函中确认无其他需提请股东注意的事宜。 董事会与审核委员会表示，正积极物色新任核数师，以接手2026财政年度财务报表的审计工作，并力求公司如期公布该年度综合业绩。公司对致同以往提供的审计服务表示感谢。 截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事——赵世曾、赵式芝、赵式浩及何秀芬；非执行董事——李鼎尧；独立非执行董事——林家威、孙大豪及李颂熹。公司秘书为何秀芬。
