MINTH Group Rises Nearly 5% Again on Joint Venture for Humanoid Robot Modules in North America

MINTH GROUP (00425) rose nearly 5% again. At the time of writing, the stock was up 4.22% to HK$42, with a turnover of HK$221 million. On the news front, MINTH GROUP recently announced it has signed a framework agreement with Leader Harmonious Drive Systems Co.,Ltd. to establish a joint venture in the United States to develop business in joint modules for humanoid robots, marking another step in the globalization of its robotics operations. It is reported that MINTH had already signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a leading robotics company in Europe in December 2025, focusing on contract manufacturing of complete machines and component supply. Huatai Securities stated in a report that looking ahead, MINTH GROUP's traditional business is expected to maintain steady growth, its battery box business is accelerating volume growth globally, and strategic new businesses such as robotics, AI liquid cooling, and the low-altitude economy are being proactively positioned and diversifying, which could elevate the company's medium- to long-term growth potential. A "Buy" rating was maintained.
