海洋之友公司（OceanPal Inc.）近日收到纳斯达克交易所工作人员发出的裁定通知，指出其股票交易价格未能满足持续上市的最低买入价要求。公司方面表示，计划就此向纳斯达克听证委员会提出申诉，寻求独立专家组的审议。
根据纳斯达克上市规则，上市公司必须维持每股1美元的最低买入价。若连续30个交易日收盘价低于此标准，将触发合规预警。海洋之友目前正积极评估可行方案以恢复股价达标，包括考虑实施并股等资本结构调整措施。
该公司强调，听证申请将自动暂缓可能的退市程序，直至委员会作出最终裁决。在此期间，其普通股将继续在纳斯达克资本市场正常交易，股票代码"SVRN"保持不变。
