2026年5月27日，中裕能源控股有限公司（股票代码：03633）在香港联合交易所场内回购普通股合共1,000,000股，占回购前公司已发行股本的约0.0368%。回购价格介于每股2.69港元至2.74港元，总费用约271.95万港元。
本次股份回购完成后，公司已发行股本由2,717,805,157股减少至2,716,805,157股，库存股数量由30,500,000股增至31,500,000股。公司此前于2025年6月2日通过回购授权，总额度为277,179,515股。截至本次回购，公司已根据该授权累计购回31,500,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本约1.1364%。
