隆成金融集团有限公司(股份代号：1225)于2025年10月23日至11月25日期间，在公开市场出售中国新经济投资有限公司(股份代号：80)合共12,680,000股股份，总代价约5,200,000港元(不包括交易成本)，平均价格约为每股0.41港元。本次交易预计将带来约4,000,000港元的变现收益。
本次出售于市场上完成，买方身份不明，但据公司董事会所知及确认，交易对手为独立第三方。出售完成后，隆成金融不再持有任何中国新经济股份。根据公告，变现所得款项净额拟用作隆成金融的日常营运资金。
根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则，本次出售在合并基准下适用的百分比率高于5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易。隆成金融在公告中指出，此次变现主要是基于中国新经济近期市价，并认为该出售对集团财务流动性具有积极作用。
中国新经济主要从事对全球能提供中国内地、香港、澳门及台湾经济支持之产品或服务的私人及上市企业进行投资。截至2023年及2024年12月31日止年度，中国新经济经审核的收益分别为126,000港元及760,000港元，除税后亏损分别约为52,437,000港元及28,979,000港元，期末资产净值分别约为89,838,000港元及60,859,000港元。
