根据公告，本次回购依据2025年6月10日股东大会通过的股份回购授权办理，该授权可回购股份总数为3,914,184股。截至目前，公司已累计回购2,539,200股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数约6.4872%。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司董秘兼联席公司秘书田敏签署。
