YICHEN IND Shareholder Transfers Holdings from CMB International Securities to Futu Securities International Hong Kong

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 9, a shareholder of YICHEN IND transferred shares from CMB International Securities to Futu Securities International Hong Kong. The transferred holdings had a market value of HKD 13.456 million, representing 10.52% of the total shares. Previously, YICHEN IND announced that on January 12, 2026, the seller and the company entered into a share transfer agreement. The company conditionally agreed to acquire an equity stake, representing 86.22% of the issued share capital of the target company Hebei Chenxiang Electricity Sales, for a consideration of RMB 135 million, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share transfer agreement.
