公司指出，此次回购基于2025年5月15日股东周年大会上通过的购回授权，该授权允许于授权期内回购不超过179,150,000股，占批准当日已发行股份总数的10%。根据公告，截至目前，公司合计回购6,156,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份总数的约0.3436%。
