广州农村商业银行股份有限公司（简称“广州农商银行”）于2026年7月2日发布截至2026年6月30日的证券变动月报。公告显示，该行本月无新增发行、无购回及注销活动，股本结构保持稳定。
根据公告，广州农商银行H股本月末已发行普通股数量为2,674,925,000股，与上月底相比无变化；内资股本月末已发行普通股数量为11,734,864,327股，亦保持不变。二者合计的注册股本总额为14,409,789,327元，折合约144.10亿元。该行同时确认满足香港联交所要求的最低公众持股量标准，相关比例为18.56%。
本次月报显示，该行在期内未发生任何股份期权、权证、可换股票据或其他股份协议的发行和变动记录，也无库藏股出售或转让事宜。公告还披露，该行已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定，所有披露事宜均获正式授权。
本次公告由公司秘书魏伟峰签署。广州农商银行表示，其股本状况稳健，将继续严格遵守相关法规及合规要求，并及时履行信息披露义务。
