回购完成后，公司已发行股份数目由919,820,061股降至919,619,161股，同时库藏股数量由17,667,000股增至17,867,900股，公司的股份总数（包括库藏股份）仍为937,487,061股。回购授权于2025年5月23日经股东大会通过，授权可供回购的股份总数为89,963,273股，本次回购后已回购股份占当日授权通过时已发行股本的1.9861%。
公司在公告中确认，已遵守香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法例。公告由执行董事兼总裁张峰签署。
