Hong Kong stocks extended losses on Friday. The Hang Seng Index fell 1.4%, while the Hang Seng Tech Index declined 2.9%.
In terms of star stocks, Xiaomi fell 7%; SMIC fell 5%; JD.com fell 4%; Alibaba, Kuaishou fell 3%; Meituan, Baidu fell 2%; Tencnet fell 1%; XPeng rose 5%.
