LENOVO GROUP (00992.HK) disclosed its fiscal first-quarter results for the 2026/27 period on August 13 afternoon. During a briefing, Chairman and CEO Yang Yuanqing stated that the first-quarter performance is not a one-off event but is sustainable, expressing strong confidence in maintaining high growth and profit improvement for the second half of the year.
Yang Yuanqing noted that the previously announced goal of surpassing $100 billion in revenue within two years is now expected to be achieved within this year. Targets to raise the net profit margin to 5% in three years and to 7%-8% in five years appear to be on track for completion ahead of the original schedule.
Today, the company reported its first-quarter results for the 2026/27 fiscal year. As of June 30, 2026, LENOVO GROUP revenue reached 183.4 billion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 43%. Adjusted net profit exceeded 7.3 billion RMB, up 176% year-on-year, while the adjusted net profit margin stood at 4%, nearly doubling from the previous year. Core metrics, including revenue, adjusted net profit, and adjusted net profit margin, all significantly surpassed market expectations.
