Values Cultural releases 2025 Annual Report and switches to paper-free corporate communications

Values Cultural Investment Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report and accompanying circular are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (www.yuanshimedia.com).

The board confirmed that, pursuant to the paperless listing regime under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07 effective from 31 December 2023, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically. Printed copies will no longer be mailed automatically.

Non-registered shareholders who hold shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees Limited must provide a valid e-mail address to their intermediaries to receive electronic notifications. Those preferring hard copies can submit a reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or e-mail a scanned form to valuescultural@163.com.

Shareholders experiencing difficulty in accessing the online documents may request complimentary printed versions by contacting Computershare at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or by calling the company at +86-010-6581-2001 during business hours (09:00-18:00, Monday-Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).

Chairman and executive director Liu Naiyue signed the notice on behalf of the board.
