GuocoLand unit prices 110 million Singapore dollar 2.50% notes due 2030

GuocoLand Limited announced on Jun, 22 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, GLL IHT Pte. Ltd., has priced an offering of 110 million Singapore dollars 2.50 per cent. notes due Sep, 30 2030 under its 3 billion Singapore dollars Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme.

The notes will be issued at 100% of their principal amount in denominations of 250,000 Singapore dollars. They carry a fixed coupon of 2.50% per annum, payable semi-annually on Mar, 30 and Sep, 30 each year, with the first interest payment scheduled for Mar, 30 2027. The notes are guaranteed by GuocoLand Limited, and the issuer may redeem all (but not some) of the securities at par plus accrued interest upon specified tax events.

DBS Bank Ltd. is acting as the sole lead manager and bookrunner. Net proceeds from the issuance will be used for the general working capital and corporate requirements of GuocoLand Limited and its subsidiaries.

The notes are offered to non-U.S. investors under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and, in Singapore, to institutional and accredited investors under Sections 274 and 275 of the Securities and Futures Act 2001. Application will be made for the notes to be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, with issuance expected on Jun, 30 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, and trading anticipated to commence the following market day.
