JD Health (JD HEALTH) has recently announced that its pharmaceutical services have achieved coverage of one million natural villages across the country. Data indicates that from 2023 to 2025, the company's user base in grassroots communities nationwide grew by over 30%, with users purchasing medication for chronic conditions at the grassroots level increasing by more than 113% over three years.

Concurrently, JD Health has partnered with the China Social Assistance Foundation to launch the "Cloud Medicine Chest for 100 Villages" health protection plan. This initiative targets 100 villages nationwide, providing health services such as online consultations, medicine donations, and free village medical clinics for elderly residents who remain in rural areas. The program has already been implemented in Ju Family Village, Jiyang, Shandong Province.

To date, JD Health's pharmaceutical supply chain network has achieved full coverage at the county level and basic coverage at the administrative village level. The three-tier smart supply chain network for counties, townships, and villages developed by JD has made "express delivery to villages" a routine service. Currently, JD Health has established dozens of dedicated pharmaceutical warehouses across the country, with nearly 90% of counties nationwide achieving same-day or next-day delivery for medications.
