致丰工业电子(01710)3月16日晚间发布盈利警告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得本公司拥有人应占亏损不超过0.38亿港元，而上年同期录得溢利约0.086亿港元，业绩由盈转亏。
公司称，亏损主要受以下因素驱动： 1) 宏观经济不确定性及地缘政治紧张叠加美国关税政策调整，导致欧洲市场对公司智能售卖系统、智能充电器、开关电源及机电产品的需求下降，拉低整体收益； 2) 为推进业务战略改革，公司对电子制造服务(EMS)销售团队和海外业务进行了重组、扩张与优化，相关行政开支增加； 3) 在新能源等新兴市场拓展新业务项目，运营成本随之上升。
目前，公司仍在编制截至2025年12月31日止年度的未审计综合财务业绩，相关数据尚未经独立核数师或审核委员会审阅，最终结果可能与本次预告存在差异。公司预计将在2026年3月31日或之前披露年度业绩报告。
