CHINASILVER TEC (00515) announced that Mr. Li Xianggen has been appointed as the company's executive director, effective October 24, 2025. From this date, Mr. Li will replace Mr. Guo Junhao as the company's authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and will also serve as the authorized representative for receiving any legal documents and notifications under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap 622) in Hong Kong.
