North Mining Shares Company Limited has announced that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and proxy form are now available exclusively in electronic format on both the company’s website (http://www.northmining.com.hk → “About Us” → “Investors”) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders can switch their preferred method of receiving all future corporate communications—either online or in print—at any time. Those wishing to obtain printed versions of the newly released documents may complete the request form provided, sign it and return it to the company’s branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the enclosed postage-paid mailing label (Hong Kong only).
