REALORD GROUP Plans Entry into Mobile Gaming Sector

REALORD GROUP (01196) announced that following the close of trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 6, 2026, the company entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding with Mr. Gao Liandun concerning a proposed strategic cooperation for the Group's development of mobile game publishing and operation businesses. The parties have signed the memorandum to establish a framework for the strategic partnership, enabling the Group to enter the mobile gaming business sector. Under this strategic cooperation, Mr. Gao Liandun will be responsible for forming an operational team and developing a business plan for the venture, which will include the overall business strategy for mobile games, a game publishing roadmap, and funding requirements. The operational team is expected to form the core of an operating company that will be legally established in China to engage in the licensed publishing and operation of mobile games. This team will be tasked with sourcing, developing, and publishing mobile games, initially focusing on the Chinese market before expanding to overseas markets.
