Deewin Tianxia Co., Ltd. (DEEWIN) reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it bought back 13.55 million ordinary H-shares on 19 May 2026. The shares were acquired on-market at prices ranging from HKD 3.79 to HKD 3.96, for a total consideration of HKD 53.32 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.
Following the transaction, the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell 2.49 % to 531.31 million, while treasury shares increased to 21.12 million. The company’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 552.44 million shares; treasury shares now represent 3.82 % of that total.
The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 29 May 2025, which authorises repurchases of up to 55.24 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under the mandate now stand at 21.12 million shares, equating to 38.23 % of the authorised limit.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, DEEWIN is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 18 June 2026.
