中国石油化工股份有限公司(“中国石化”)于2025年12月1日发布翌日披露报表，公告当日以每股4.41港元至4.46港元的区间回购1,128,000股H股，支付总额约5,001,552港元。本次回购股份占公司已发行H股总数23,945,350,600股的约0.005%。
本次回购后，中国石化H股已发行股本维持在23,945,350,600股，库藏股数量未发生变化。根据2025年5月28日获通过的股份回购授权，公司尚可回购2,404,929,260股，已在香港联交所及其他交易所合计回购211,908,000股，占授权决议通过当日总发行股本的约0.17%。
中国石化确认所有回购行为符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司副总裁、董事会秘书黄文生签署。
