2026年7月17日，江苏宏信超市连锁股份有限公司（02625，简称“江苏宏信”）公告称，已与海科创展签署买卖协议，拟将所持有的海科宏信约18%股权以人民币25百万元转让给海科创展。交易对价将于协议签署后三十个工作日内以现金支付，届时江苏宏信将不再持有海科宏信任何股权及资产负债。
