中国生物科技服务控股有限公司(08037)于2026年5月22日发布公告，董事会建议于即将召开的股东周年大会上授予股份购回授权，规模最高可达公司已发行股本(不包括库存股份)的10%，相当于97,573,115股。
本次购回将依据百慕达公司法及香港联合交易所有限公司GEM证券上市规则进行，资金来源于公司法及相关法规许可范围内的合法资金。董事会认为，该举措有助于优化资本结构并可能提升股东价值，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
公司表示，股东周年大会定于2026年6月15日上午11时正举行，6月10日至6月15日暂停办理股份过户登记。上述回购授权将在股东周年大会通过相关决议后生效，直至下届股东周年大会结束、或根据公司章程及适用法规须召开下届股东周年大会的限期届满之日、或由股东在股东大会上通过普通决议案撤销或修订授权之日止。
