Stamford Land Corporation Ltd said that independent non-executive director Mr Lim Teck Chai Danny will step down from the board at the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for Jul, 2026.
The departure will conclude Mr Lim’s nine-year tenure as an independent non-executive director. Stamford Land added that further details will be provided closer to the meeting date.
The announcement was released on Jun, 29 2026 and signed by Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Lau Yin Whai.
