消息面上，比特币重返9.3万大关，美国总统特朗普表示，加密货币行业亟需明确的监管政策，而SEC新任主席保罗·阿特金斯是确保加密货币监管确定性的最佳人选。
阿特金斯则表示，当务之急将是通过“理性、连贯和有原则的方法”，为数字资产提供坚实的监管基础。
另一方面，金融服务公司Cantor与软银、泰达合作的加密货币企业获得接近30亿美元融资。泰达将提供价值15亿美元的比特币，而软银和比特币交易平台Bitfinex则分别贡献9亿美元和6亿美元资金。
