During South Korean President Lee Jae-myung's visit to the United States, Korea Federation of Industries Chairman Yoo Jin announced that Korean companies plan to invest approximately $150 billion in the US.
On Monday local time, at a business roundtable meeting between Korean and US corporate executives, Yoo Jin made this investment commitment on behalf of Korean companies.
High-level executives from both countries attended the event, including Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong, US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang.
