米格国际控股有限公司（01247.HK）8月14日发布正面盈利预告。公司根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的初步未审核运营数据，预计期内将实现归属于公司拥有人净利润约25.2百万元，而上一财年同期则录得净亏损约4.5百万元。
公司表示，本期预期扭亏为盈主要由于出售物业持有附属公司带来收益约40.9百万元。
公告称，上述数据基于董事会对现有资料的初步评估，未经审核委员会审阅，最终中期业绩或将有所调整。公司计划于2026年8月28日或之前公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审核中期业绩。
