齐合环保子公司遭遇诉讼　约1.2亿元银行账户被冻结

7月31日，齐合环保集团有限公司（00976）公告称，全资子公司台州齐合天地金属有限公司近日收到重庆市第五中级人民法院于2026年7月9日及7月10日签发的执行裁定书，因一笔据称金额为人民币70百万元的借款纠纷被列为被执行人。法院裁定冻结该子公司若干银行账户，冻结期限一年，冻结资金总额最高为人民币1.2亿元。

截至2026年7月13日，台州齐合天地金属相关银行账户内合共约人民币51百万元已被实际冻结。

原告李艺昭称，其于2019年8月22日向台州齐合天地金属借出人民币70,000,000元，约定年利率10%，并指前执行董事涂建华在2026年4月2日书面确认该笔款项由其与台州齐合天地金属共同借入，并承担共同及连带还款责任。

齐合环保否认相关借贷关系，表示该70百万元实为中国第一私募资金有限公司依据2018年6月14日签署的委托投资协议补充协议向公司支付的投资本金及固定回报，并已在2019年8月22日由李艺昭转账至台州齐合天地金属。公司进一步指出，同日双方签署的四方贷款偿还确认函明确载明李艺昭与台州齐合天地金属之间不存在借贷关系。

公司已委聘中国法律顾问，拟对诉讼积极抗辩并采取措施维护集团及股东的合法权益。齐合环保股份自2025年4月1日9时起在香港联交所暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。公司表示，将按照上市规则的要求及时发布后续进展。
