Real Estate Sector Weakens: Worldunion and 5i5j Hit Limit Down

On September 30, the A-share real estate sector weakened, according to Wind data. As of press time, Shenzhen Worldunion Group Incorporated (ASX: 002285.SZ) and 5i5j Holding Group Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 000560.SZ) hit limit down, while China Vanke Co., Ltd. (ASX: 000002.SZ) fell over 9%. Seazen Holdings Co., Ltd. (ASX: 601155.SH), Huafa Industrial Co., Ltd. (ASX: 600325.SH), China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd. (ASX: 001979.SZ), and Gemdale Corporation (ASX: 600383.SH) were among the top decliners.

Hong Kong-listed mainland real estate stocks also weakened in tandem. As of press time, the Wind Mainland Real Estate Index stood at 616.43 points, down 2.94%. Among them, Mingfa Group (International) Company Limited (ASX: 00846.HK), ZhongAn Group Limited (ASX: 00672.HK), Central China Real Estate Limited (ASX: 00832.HK), and Zhenro Properties Group Limited (ASX: 06158.HK) were among the biggest laggards.
