Phillip Securities Pte Ltd announced amendments to the Terms and Conditions and the Form of Master governing its Singapore Depository Receipts (SDRs) for underlying securities in Thailand, Hong Kong and Indonesia, according to a filing dated Aug, 12 2026.

The revised Terms and Conditions will allow the depository to either split or consolidate SDRs, or adjust the underlying ratio, in line with corporate actions such as share splits or consolidations of the underlying securities. The depository will continue to retain any fractional entitlements arising from rounding.

Separately, the Form of Master will be updated to remove the schedule previously used to reflect SDR conversions. Going forward, any increase or decrease in SDRs will be communicated to holders in the manner they request.

The company said the changes will not affect any beneficial owner’s entitlement to, or right to withdraw, the deposited property.

The amendments will take effect on Sep, 14 2026 and apply to 35 existing SDR listings, including those over Advanced Info Service, Airports of Thailand, Alibaba, Baidu, Bank Central Asia, Bank of China and others.
