霭华押业信贷（01319）于最新公告中披露，公司拟向股东申请授权，可在股东周年大会通过相关决议后，于授权期内按不超过当日已发行股份总数10%的幅度回购公司股份。根据公告，截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行股份总数为1,924,308,406股。如相关授权获股东批准，回购规模上限对应约1.92亿股。
公司表示，回购将以公司合法可用之资金进行，相关程序及执行将遵守开曼群岛公司法及香港联交所证券上市规则。公司董事会认为，股份购回有助于提升每股资产净值及股东回报，同时可合理优化公司的资本结构及整体财务状况。
公告另提及，公司于2026年7月31日举办股东周年大会，以审议并表决上述回购授权等相关议程。公司股份过户登记册将于2026年7月28日至7月31日暂停登记。董事会同时建议派付截至2026年2月28日止年度之末期股息每股1.15港仙，待股东大会批准后预计将于2026年8月21日派发。
