旷世芳香控股有限公司（01925.HK）3月20日晚间披露盈利预警称，根据对截至2025年12月31日止年度的初步未经审核综合财务资料评估，公司预计实现净利润约0.36亿元，同比2024财年的1.19亿元大幅减少约0.83亿元，降幅约70%。\n\n公司把利润下滑主要归因于四方面因素：\n1) 受欧盟对中国原产蜡烛产品征收反倾销税影响，欧洲客户订单处理量减少，导致毛利减少约0.349亿元；\n2) 2024财年出售子公司产生约0.217亿元的一次性收益，同比基数较高；\n3) 安徽芜湖及越南新生产基地投产，拉动管理费用增加；\n4) 年内美元兑人民币贬值，压缩以美元计价的海外订单收入。\n\n公告提示，相关数据尚未经公司外部核数师审计；经审计的年度业绩将于2026年3月31日前发布。公司提醒投资者注意投资风险，审慎决策。
