公告指出，此次可能交易及随后的强制性有条件现金要约尚未最终落实，卖方与要约人未来继续磋商后才有可能确定具体安排。公司将根据收购守则规则3.7要求，持续按月对该项交易及要约进展作出更新，直至双方达成具法律约束力的协议或明确不会进行要约为止。
