2026年7月7日，快手科技（股份名称：快手-W，股票代码：01024）发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于当日在香港联交所场内回购B类普通股4,853,000股，占截至2026年7月3日已发行股份总数约0.1122%。本次回购每股价格介乎40.02港元至42.44港元，总耗资约1.99亿港元。
根据公告，快手-W截至2026年7月3日共有4,326,907,654股已发行股份，其中包括665,116,298股A类普通股及3,661,791,356股B类普通股。鉴于此次回购股份尚未注销，公司的B类普通股数和库藏股余额暂未发生变动。
公告同时提及，公司回购授权决议于2026年6月25日通过，可购回股份上限为432,690,765股，并已根据该授权累计在香港及其他证券交易所回购6,018,000股。公司确认本次回购已获董事会正式授权，并遵守了香港联合交易所有限公司的上市规则及相关法律法规。
