CCT FORTIS (00138) announced its interim results for 2025, reporting revenue of approximately HK$258 million, down 19.4% year-on-year. The company recorded a net loss of approximately HK$210 million, representing a 26.5% increase compared to the same period last year, with loss per share of HK$0.132.
According to the announcement, the revenue decline was primarily attributed to the disposal of unprofitable multimedia business in June 2024 and the continued weakness in the global luxury collectibles market. The loss was mainly due to property impairment losses of approximately HK$99.4 million related to disposal group assets classified as held for sale.
