On 25 September 2026, Top Spring International Holdings Limited (TOP SPRING) published its Interim Report 2026 on both the company’s website (www.topspring.com) and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to consult these online versions for immediate access.

For non-registered shareholders—defined as investors holding shares through CCASS who have not elected to receive corporate communications—TOP SPRING has outlined the following options:

1. Digital First Recommendation • The board “strongly recommends” reviewing the report online. • Shareholders preferring electronic delivery must provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited (collectively, “Intermediaries”). • Until an email address is registered with Intermediaries, notices of publication will be sent only in hard copy.

2. Printed Copy on Request • Investors experiencing difficulties with electronic access can obtain the Interim Report 2026 and all future corporate communications in print at no cost. • To do so, they must complete and sign the accompanying Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the enclosed prepaid mailing label or via email to 3688-ecom@vistra.com. • Preferences recorded via the Request Form will remain effective for future communications until written notice is given to the registrar or until 31 December 2026, whichever comes first.

3. Shareholder Support • Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The notification, signed by Company Secretary Mr. Wong Tak Chun, underscores TOP SPRING’s ongoing shift toward digital distribution in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, while preserving the option for shareholders to receive printed materials when required.
