美丽田园医疗健康（02373）于2026年7月24日发布翌日披露报表，宣布于当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股3.3万股，占该公司回购前现有已发行股份约0.0133%。每股回购价格介乎19.16港元至19.42港元，合计耗资约63.67万港元，购回的股份将持作库藏股。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数保持在251,593,715股，其中248,116,715股为已发行股份（不包括库藏股），库藏股数量增至3,477,000股。
根据公告，股东于2026年6月26日通过了回购授权，同意公司可回购的股份总数为24,852,021股。截至2026年7月24日，公司已基于该授权累计回购股份403,500股，占当日股东大会通过回购授权时已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的约0.1624%。公司方面表示，本次回购已经获得董事会正式授权并严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
