TIMES UNI GP (02310) announced that Jiu An (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (Jiu An) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from October 30, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint RSM (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (RSM) as the new auditor, effective from the same date, to fill the vacancy left by Jiu An. RSM will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
