CHINA OILFIELD (02883) announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The company recorded revenue of RMB 50.282 billion, an increase of 4.1% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the company was RMB 3.842 billion, a rise of 22.47% year-on-year. Earnings per share were RMB 0.8051. A final dividend of RMB 0.2825 per share is proposed.
According to the announcement, revenue from the drilling services business increased by 12.9% year-on-year. This growth was primarily driven by higher utilization rates of drilling platforms and increased operating prices in the North Sea region. Revenue from oilfield technical services remained largely stable compared to the previous year.
Revenue from the vessel services business grew by 9.0% year-on-year. This was mainly due to the effective coordination of vessel resources, an expansion in the scale of managed vessels, and increased operational activity for both owned and chartered vessels. Revenue from geophysical acquisition and engineering survey services saw a slight increase of 0.9% year-on-year, supported by relatively high levels of equipment utilization.
