中远海控(01919)发布最新公告，就截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息作出更新，明确了以港元派发的每股金额及适用汇率。
公告显示，公司宣派末期普通股息每股0.44元人民币，以预设派发货币港元计算，折合每股0.50414港元，换算汇率为1人民币兑1.145773港元。此次派息方案已于2026年5月26日获得股东批准。
根据派息时间表，除净日定于2026年5月28日，递交股份过户文件的最后时限为5月29日16时30分。公司将于5月30日至6月4日暂停办理股份过户登记，股权登记日落在5月30日。股息款项则计划于2026年6月26日正式派发。
公司亦就代扣所得税作出说明。非居民企业股东（非中国内地登记地址）的股息须按10%税率扣缴企业所得税；内地个人股东，以及通过沪港通、深港通投资H股的内地个人投资者和证券投资基金，均按20%的税率代扣代缴个人所得税。H股股份过户登记由香港中央证券登记有限公司负责办理。
