联易融科技集团（公司编号：09959）于2025年12月18日更新翌日披露报表，宣布当天在香港联交所回购合共410,000股普通股。此次回购价格介乎每股2.27港元至2.30港元，总金额约940,690港元，占公司于回购日已发行股本约0.02%。公告显示，该部分股份尚未注销，公司已发行股本数目前仍约为1,886,295,121股。
根据公告，此次股份购回依照2025年6月17日通过的回购授权进行，该授权允许回购最高213,653,494股。截至本次公告前，联易融科技集团已于香港联交所及其他市场累计回购约115,816,000股，约占授权时公司已发行股份总数的5.4207%。公告同时显示，公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
