【香港讯】2026年8月7日，华润燃气控股有限公司（01193）公告称，其全资附属公司华潤燃氣投資（中國）有限公司及其附属公司已在中国境内完成第三期中期票据发行，合计规模25亿元人民币。
本次发行的25亿元中期票据分为两档： 1. 15亿元票据期限为3年，票面利率1.57%； 2. 10亿元票据期限为5年，票面利率1.70%。
公司披露，募集资金将用于置换华潤燃氣投資（中國）集團以自有资金偿还的部分银行贷款。
