BJ ENT WATER (00371) announced its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. Net profit attributable to the company's shareholders was RMB 1.562 billion, a decrease of 7% compared to the previous year's figure of RMB 1.678 billion. Basic and diluted earnings per share were both RMB 0.1455. The Board has recommended a final dividend of 9.25 Hong Kong cents per share. The total dividend for the full year amounts to 16.60 Hong Kong cents.

During the year, the Group recorded revenue of RMB 22.062 billion, representing a 9% year-on-year decline. The decrease in revenue was primarily due to reduced contributions from water treatment construction services, as well as technical services and equipment sales.

As of December 31, 2025, the Group had service concession arrangements and commission agreements in place for a total of 1,313 water and sewage treatment plants and facilities. This portfolio includes 1,067 sewage treatment plants and facilities, 172 water supply plants, 73 recycled water treatment plants, and 1 desalination plant.

For the year, the total daily design capacity of new projects amounted to 698,796 tons. This included a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) project with a capacity of 50,000 tons and commissioned operation projects with a combined capacity of 648,796 tons.
