CH TREASURES NM (02439) disclosed that as of 28 February 2026, the authorized share capital remained 10.00 billion ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.01 each, totaling HKD 100.00 million. The issued share capital stayed at 1.00 billion ordinary shares, and there were no treasury shares outstanding.
No changes were recorded during the month in terms of share issuance or treasury shares. The public float requirement of 25% remained fulfilled. Under a share option scheme adopted on 9 March 2023, up to 100.00 million shares may be issued pursuant to options granted, but no new shares were issued or transferred during the reporting period.
