申万宏源认为，我国房地产基本面已经历深度调整，考虑到近期中央要求“着力稳定房地产市场”，并今年年初央媒《求是》为房地产重磅发声，其中强调地产金融属性、居民资产负债表及建议政策一次性给足，房地产表态出现积极转变，后续行业政策值得期待。
平安证券研报指出，2025年楼市降幅收窄，2026年曙光渐行渐近。展望2026年，预计“好房子”凭借品质/得房率等优势仍将成为提振新房销售的重要因素。
